:bademoticon: Most adopts are first come first serve, unless stated otherwise, and if 2 or more offers are placed for an adopt it turns into an auction.
:bademoticon: Please pay within 24 hours, or the adopt will go back up to be sold. Notify me if you need to hold it longer than so.
:bademoticon: I will only hold an adopt for 4 days at most. It goes back up for adoption, or I notify the next person, depending on circumstances.
:bademoticon: My designs can not be resold, if you sincerely wish to, you can only resell with in mind I'd get 50% of the income.
:bademoticon: Do not spam the adoption, auction, or whatever it is excessively. It will be hidden and you banned for causing trouble.
:bademoticon: If you do not pay for the adopt within holding time, you will be banned from the next adopt and warned. Once more and blacklisted from any adoptions from myself.
:bademoticon: Only buy the adopt when you will/have the currency to pay for it.
:bademoticon: I accept Paypal AND Points, unless stated otherwise in the adopt deviation. I will note you my email for it if you prefer paypal.
:bademoticon: If using Paypal, SEND MONEY AS GIFT.
:bademoticon: No Refunds, you must be responsible and decisive to know this is what you want. You cannot buy, then regret it.

Adopts Purchased and fully paid for will recieved the unwatermarked version, partially paid will not. If partially paid, it is in a sense being paid on 'hold' until fully paid. If a month passes and still not fully paid for, then it will no longer be yours and put back up for adoption.
May Do :bademoticon: It is not required to give credit but greatly appreciated
:bademoticon: Alter the design, change physical features (shorter tail, add wings, species, ect.), and sex, gender, other neutral elements are up to you.
:bademoticon: You may resell it, however I gain 55% of whatever gained, if sold without my permission (taking points for yourself without commissioning me) it is thief. You will be banned from any other adoptions from myself and I retain the right to take back the stolen adoptable and resell it.

:bademoticon: The character belongs to you when purchased, feel free to claim as so. However do not claim the design, and I ask you credit me once for it.
:bademoticon: Reupload the unwatermarked version (when purchased) to your account if you wish.
May NOT Do :bademoticon: Claim the design to be created by you.
:bademoticon: Steal the design or Resell without permission/compensation for my part.
:bademoticon: You may drastically alter the character, however there is not much point in an adoptable if you were to completely change him.

General Adoption
When purchasing An Adopt or Adopting :bademoticon: Be serious in your offer
:bademoticon: If your offer was much earlier than the second offer, first come and serve applies within a 5 hour span and yours without proceeding to an auction. This is only overruled if the second offer is higher than 1000
or $10.
Draw To Adopts :bademoticon: Please do not beg, pester, or insist on winning, to win, or for the character.
:bademoticon: Be a fair sport, otherwise you will be considered spam and all comments deleted, hidden, or otherwise.
:bademoticon: If you could, note me your pictures or paste links under the highlighted comment. It makes it extremely easier to find
:bademoticon: Be respectful, and don't be discouraged. I look for creativity versus quality in things like this.
:bademoticon:Do not use bases or items that were not created by you; only your artwork.
Offer To Adopts :bademoticon: Each OTA will have a minimum requirement of points, anything under so (without compensation), will be ignored and hidden.
:bademoticon: Some will have set prices, you may offer art but it must be of same value and no guarantee I will take it.
:bademoticon: Once again, do not beg, pester, or insist on having the character. You will be banned from any other activity from myself.
:bademoticon: Offer seriously. You only get the unwatermarked version of the character once all art or points have been transferred/made. (Meaning if you owe me art, you will not get the unwatermarked version of the character. Over a long period of time (At least a month) if still unpaid, I retain the right to resell to someone who would like the adopt)
:bademoticon: I retain the right to refuse offers, even if they are the 'best', if background on your account convinces me you are unreliable or a scammer, ect.

:bademoticon: Auctions have a snipe guard of 2 hours.
:bademoticon: Serious bids please, you will only get a ban and warning once, then blacklisted forever.
:bademoticon:If the person who won the auction is unable to pay for any reason, the next person in line is declared winner and is given the option if wishing to purchase. Only the last three people will be given this option, any others will have to raise their bids to a minimum of the 2nd winning bid to purchase.
:bademoticon: Auctions only have a holding time of a day due an over-time period they occur. Note me if you would like an extension on this, but maximum will be 5 days more. Certain exceptions may apply.

If you would like a custom and depending on what is wanted and how complex, I will tell you the price and open a commission (stated in your name). Once paid, I will begin.
If you would like a design trade, simply comment below as well and fill out information similar or same to the suggested form below so we can work out an idea of what we want. I have the right to refuse if I feel something might come inbetween or am far to busy.
Complexity varies, but if given specific designs, they will most likely hike the price similar with references or such.
The more specific a custom, the cheaper it most likely will be.
A premaid lineart, or something made in my lineart will also change the pricing.
